Ros Andrews

Ros originally started working for the company’s founders Keith and Kathleen Lacey in their print business but very quickly proved her administritive capabilities within their cable distribution company. Ros worked closely under their guidance and encouragement and worked through sales, purchasing and all other operational activity.  Moving up into the role of General Manager in 1996 where she continued to build her skills and knowledge across the company. In 2011 Ros was made Managing Director by Mr Lacey and carried on the legacy, modernising the company into the successful business it is today with the support and input of the Directors, Senior Management and the wider teams throughout the business.
